First Annual Spring Craft Fair
The First Annual Vista School Craft Fair, sponsored by The Vista School PTO and the Autism Fundraising Foundation, will be held on Saturday, April 14, 2012 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm in The Vista School high school gymnasium. The Vista School, a handicapped accessible facility, is located at 1021 Springboard Drive, Hershey, PA 17033. Admission and parking are free. Additionally, The Vista School PTO will have food and drinks available for purchase to the vendors and craft fair guests.
Merchandise
All items for sale must be handcrafted. To maintain the quality of the items offered at the fair, we reserve the right to refuse flea market merchandise, franchised and commercially made items. We will also attempt to limit the number of crafts with similar merchandise. We will not accept home show consultant merchandise. A requested donation of one craft item for the raffle would be greatly appreciated.
Vendor Spaces and Fees
The fee for ALL spaces is $30.00. We will provide one table and two chairs to each vendor. Displays must be kept within the allotted vendor space. The high school gymnasium will be open for vendors to set up on Friday evening from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Additionally, the school will open the day of the event at 7:00 am. Volunteers will be available to assist you in unloading your vehicle and transporting your merchandise to your assigned space. Please plan to have your space broken down at the end of day by no later than 6:30 pm.
Organization History
The Vista School, founded in February 2002, is a non-profit Approved Private School that brings state-of-the-art special education and behavioral health services to children living with autism in Central Pennsylvania. All proceeds from the craft fair, including raffle money and vendor fees, will directly benefit the students affected by this disorder.
