Behavioral Technician
This critical support position provides direct student interface through the effective implementation of treatment plan goals in the classroom and with our families. This includes coordination of efforts with our Multi-Disciplinary teams throughout the School, weekly home visits to students’ families, documentation of progress/modifications, etc. Successful candidates will apply approved methodology and intervention techniques while working closely with Special Education Teachers, Behavioral Consultants, and a variety of therapists to successfully implement Individualized Education Programs (IEP’s) and treatment plans. This includes detailed data collection, thorough observations, accurate documentation and analysis, and adherence to proven procedures and regulatory compliance guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s level professional with experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder or human services field. Preference for candidates with education and/or experience in ABA and individuals with autism within a school or behavioral health setting.
